Clemson Home Conference and Events provides housing and dining coordination for a wide range of visiting groups; from academic and athletic programs to research-focused and cohort-based experiences. Our team partners closely with group sponsors to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process, accurate meal planning, and comfortable accommodations.

• October: Registration opens (Sponsor Portal)
• April: Initial program details distributed
• 6 Weeks Prior: External risk management & insurance documentation due
• 5 Weeks Prior: Parking and transportation information sent
• 4 Weeks Prior: Roster and instructions sent
• 3 Weeks Prior: Internal risk management & PcPO requirements due
• 2 Weeks Prior: Meal plan and check-in/check-out confirmations sent
• 2 Weeks Prior: Final roster and meal plan numbers due
• 2 Days Prior to Check-Out: Final check-out details provided
• After Check-Out: Participant survey available
